Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time directly within the app. To do so, open your Profile, select “Delete My Account,” and confirm. When you delete your account:
- Your login credentials are permanently removed, and you will no longer be able to sign in.
- Your name, email address, and phone number are removed from your profile and from our notification records.
- Your timesheet and hours records are retained in de-identified form, with personal identifiers removed, because we are required to keep accurate payroll and billing records. These retained records can no longer be associated with you personally.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you create a new account later, it will not be linked to any previously deleted account or its history.
